whoever I gave my two weeks to at the end of my time there didn't put it in right. When a job opportunity for me called Avant guard to see how I was as an employee they said I quit without putting in my two weeks. aside from that, there are countless Cons about working for Avant Guard. some being, Not flexible, no room for growth, rude staff, no time off unless requested MONTHS in advance and so on.
