      Coworkers are hilarious yet hard working. Great environment to implement your strategy with few constraints. Management is very supportive.

      Cons

      Must know what you're already doing to be successful. I wouldn't recommend it for new traders.

      Not much in the way of training. Traders are expected to contribute right away without hand holding.

      lots of freedom, they leave you alone to run your strategy, there's good tools and software. fair people

      Cons

      no salary, desk is shrinking a bit, sometimes communication be lacking
