Pros
Is a great introduction into the work force when it comes to recruiting. Depending upon your supervisor how you are going to get along with the company. Essentially it boils down to results and metrics. Coworkers where great and are very in the trenches at war attitude even though your chained to a desk phone.
Cons
401K matched up to 3%, Health, Dental, never did get a raise basically promoted in job title and responsibility only. You basically have to make over 60 calls a day, and meet goal for assigned offices or you would be taking the blame for it. Poor pay for jobs that Nurses will not want, have fun selling them on that.
