Pay: There are little to no chances for salary increases in this position. Aside from a 3% annual increase, which is not even close to keeping up with current inflation, I have not seen someone successfully negotiate a salary increase. Unrealistic Expectations: The position is considered an "entry level' position. This entry level position is the core of every office, essentially in sole control of the branch revenue and overall positive or negative outcomes for the office. You are expected to handle so many different avenues of the business and it leads to mental burnouts every month.
