They would absolutely replace everyone in the company with outsourced vendors if they could, and everyone knows it, based on the massive number of sales pitch emails I got. There's no opportunities for for career advancement, management plays favorites, and the closest you get to any indication your work is having an impact is during the all-staff meetings when the CFO tells you how the company is doing. AI slop is so rampant, they use Chat-GPT to write pre-meeting prayers for them. Nobody knows how to balance assets to where some people are being asked to work 12-hour days while others have their positions eliminated.
