Laboratory management lacks experience and professionalism. It’s a small lab with little opportunity to learn new things or advance. Turnover is a problem. All of those people that I mentioned in the pros are mostly gone and for the same reasons. Works closely with another company that owes millions of dollars in insurance fraud and some even on behalf of this company. The future of this company seems very uncertain. The pay is below average.
