If they decide they do not thing you are performing well enough they will “Rif” you and they will just rename that position to bring on someone new. But they do like to hire back those that were “Rifed” and allow those same mistakes to be made prior to their departure. The loyalty that this employer has is non existent. They allow higher ups to make decisions that are not for the best interest of the company and several employees suffer from those terrible mistakes. If you want to work somewhere with zero communication please apply because they will love you!
