Absolutely no leadership at at any level. Overworked and under paid. Systems are ridiculous labor intensive, inefficient monstrosities that have to have work arounds or band aids to make them semi-work there are no checks and balances and supervisors / managers have no clue about workloads there is no training and changes are implemented without notifying plants perfect example of no leadership. Production employees get very little time off and have no time for families. No chance for advancement Policies are not adhered to unless they fit a situation beneficial to the company if they want a different outcome then they do it employees are considered an asset just like any other piece of equipment. Policies are a joke. the company is more interested in political correctness rather then what is best for the company and employees, they also care about exorbitant bonuses and raises for the chosen few
