This company has a very disorganized corporate structure. Extremely lean on staffing. Because of this even at Manager level admin work is a large portion of your job. If you ever go to HR for something they give you the run around. Very hard to find out information for where to go to for this or that. Also the intranet provides minimal resources. Even if you are promoted you will still be doing all your old work because they are to cheap to backfill.
