      Pros

      Pros: work life balance, fair compensation, nice people, can 'get the job done', people can have a career with Avery - opportunities to move and change jobs as they are so large.

      Cons

      Cons: leaders are good, but not as good as many - just not quite that cutting edge, but as said above - they 'get the job done' - it just seems there needs to be more than just that accomplished.
