No history of sales reps being promoted Sales people are treated like underdogs There is never a Career Plan or path to follow to move upwards Salary increases are minimal Inconsistent management - knew people who had 6 different managers in 3 years - They do mistakes on payments of sales commissions, and they rarely accept them and make them right

Well run company. Good pay and reasonably flexible work environment.

Cons

Somewhat of an inflextion point in the corporation's direction. A lot of messaging about digitizing labels, but tracktion has been slower than communicated.
