Compliance is very important. Compensation is ok.
Cons
Values are managed by gossips. Many people that have worked only in Avery, so the people does not know how to do different things, reluctancy to implement process as a real World Class Company. Favoritism vs Effort. No work life Balance, worst practices. Systems 20 years old!!!
