      You get to wear a lot of hats and try out different things If you’ve got a good manager, you won’t be micromanaged You’ll meet a bunch of awesome people and get exposed to different teams and functions

      Cons

      A lot of constant changes and layoffs can make things feel a bit unstable There are a ton of top-down decisions, so it can feel like your voice doesn’t always matter

      Well run company. Good pay and reasonably flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Somewhat of an inflextion point in the corporation's direction. A lot of messaging about digitizing labels, but tracktion has been slower than communicated.
