      Avery is a good company with a lot of great and talented people. The company is well run with good corporate values. The company has done well the last 10 years or so and the stock price shows it.

      Cons

      Internal systems for managing a complex business are poor and therefore require a lot of people to run what computers could handle more quickly.

      Well run company. Good pay and reasonably flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Somewhat of an inflextion point in the corporation's direction. A lot of messaging about digitizing labels, but tracktion has been slower than communicated.
