HR & the PM really care about the needs of their people. I'm treated like family here is the main reason I refuse to look for employment elsewhere. Feels like I'm coming home to people each day that actually carer about my wellbeing.

Cons

I have no complaints whatsoever. Very happy work environment with co-workers willing to assist and help you in any way possible.
