Great leadership, great schedule and good benefits

The pay could be better

I really can't think of anything they do well, other than having expensive sales meetings that do nothing to gain AV or sales knowledge.

Office too small, lacking key positions, not enough resources. No marketing effort, no leads, all cold calling, no help from Corporate. VP of sales has never sold AV and admits he is just full of hot air, making stuff up on the fly.
