Okay benefits I guess. There are some good people here although they are hard to find. Difficult to get fired from even tho they point you for everything including having to take your child to the emergency room. There was also another instance where a coworker was pointed because she was coughing and management forced her to get a covid test done then pointed her for having to leave work due to being forced to take a covid test twice. She was negative for covid both times.

Toxic workplace horrible management. Also if you want work life balance do not work here. The staff does nothing but cause drama between each other constantly. I was afraid to talk to anyone here but one person because they would smile to your face and then talk crap about you the second you leave. They bad mouthed the job, management and each other near constantly. The management is terrible and do not care for their employees in the slightest. They care about how you do your job but do not treat you like a person or an equal just a number while they sit in their offices all day everyday never helping out when it is needed or checking on their employees. They are mandating in the registration department now because they've had 6 people quit since I started in June. I took employment here based off of the terms that I was going on vacation August 21st to the 29th which was agreed upon when I accepted the position. They told me today I couldn't do my vacation anymore. Every day of training I wanted to rip my hair out because my coworkers were just horrible to deal with and listen to. The training was 8 weeks but I feel like I've learned the bare minimum. And on top of all that the benefits are garbage. You'd think a hospital would have better health insurance for their workers but nope. The pay is well below the nation average not only for my department but all of them.. Just all around a terrible job. Seek employment elsewhere.
