Great training opportunities, some good co-workers, qualify for PSLF, and good benefits.
Cons
Management and corportate are out of touch with the realities of those working with clients and challenges face. Unmanageable high caseloads and expectations. Equate failure with productivity despite agency policies and procedures that create issues with no shows.
