      Flexible schedule. On call pay/mileage compensation is good. Good overall work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Ability to grow is low or long in this field at Avita. Annual raise, while yes is a plus, is very limited and doesn't cover the inflation rate even. For a health care system the health insurance is quite poor.
