Pros
It is a bi-weekly income that is better than unemployment. There has been no lay-offs to my knowledge. Bird in the hand is better than zero in the bush...
Cons
The location is ok but very outdated and in need of remolding and repairs. Pay is as you have read here - very much at the low end of standards. Rules and regulation are given at hiring but are not in the follow through structure from the top down. No support to back you up when you try to enforce said rules, etc Again, I agree that if you don't fit the "favored" click, then you will not make your way up the chain. Which means you will be at a "stalemate". No raises, or job progress, and frustration will overcome you.
