      Pros

      The company encourages staff to participate in company best practices to improve product quality and safety of all. Has an elaborate training programme intended to make staff realise their targets while working in a safe and clean environment.

      Cons

      Has not expanded to some areas where lies high potential for growth opportunities. Some of these are have great potential since competition is minimal and labour cost is relatively cheap.

      This company has Poor work culture, unfriendly people, unwillingness to help a person in need. The company has an Agenda to rid the place of all Black Employees. Abyssal paperwork, unprofessional work environment. Management is a joke. High turnover rate DO NOT TRAVEL TO MONTANA TO JOIN AVMAX, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else this company is a Joke!
