The skills I have learned I'll use for my career in the future.

Cons

If you speak Mandarin you have 200% more of a chance to get hired on as Sunward will be buying out Binder Capital (who owns Avmax) in Jan 2019. Salary and Benefits are a big concern as you get NO SICK DAYS and my Salary is 22% lower than what Glassdoor.ca shows I should be making in Calgary. Communication with management is broken as employees are left in the dark about the company and no will talk if you ask questions.

This company has Poor work culture, unfriendly people, unwillingness to help a person in need. The company has an Agenda to rid the place of all Black Employees. Abyssal paperwork, unprofessional work environment. Management is a joke. High turnover rate DO NOT TRAVEL TO MONTANA TO JOIN AVMAX, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else this company is a Joke!
