Pros

- There are some good people that work here. - It is a relatively stable job if you do what you're supposed to do. - Industry is fairly steady.

Cons

- Like any family-run business, you have members that are only in the position that they occupy because of blood ties. Favoritism is a problem at this company. - Sunward is taking over in January 2019, and have already started to make some cuts. A lot of employee's are concerned. - Pay for many positions is below industry standard. - Benefits are average at best. - Love/hate relationship between Avmax and Regional-1 - Retention isn't good, and seems to be getting worse according to my former co-workers.

This company has Poor work culture, unfriendly people, unwillingness to help a person in need. The company has an Agenda to rid the place of all Black Employees. Abyssal paperwork, unprofessional work environment. Management is a joke. High turnover rate DO NOT TRAVEL TO MONTANA TO JOIN AVMAX, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else this company is a Joke!
