Good opportunity to learn. Short Term Incentive Plan (Recently introduced) Health care spending account (Recently introduced) Flex hours (Started in 2019)

Cons

Huge workload but it's a good opportunity to learn and earn some extra money through overtime if someone is interested. Apprentices can fill out their log books quickly.

This company has Poor work culture, unfriendly people, unwillingness to help a person in need. The company has an Agenda to rid the place of all Black Employees. Abyssal paperwork, unprofessional work environment. Management is a joke. High turnover rate DO NOT TRAVEL TO MONTANA TO JOIN AVMAX, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else this company is a Joke!
