      Pros

      Will work with you to adjust your schedule if you have family commitments or health appointments. Company events like employee lunches, Adult and Kids Christmas parties and annual Halloween Costume Contest so you can mingle with those that you don't get to see all the time. Employees work together and are easy to get along with.

      This company has Poor work culture, unfriendly people, unwillingness to help a person in need. The company has an Agenda to rid the place of all Black Employees. Abyssal paperwork, unprofessional work environment. Management is a joke. High turnover rate DO NOT TRAVEL TO MONTANA TO JOIN AVMAX, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else this company is a Joke!
