      Pros

      This a great place to start off your career and hopefully you are driven enough to grow within the company. This company has great potential to be the BEST globally and I am glad to be a part of that journey in time. Hopefully, long enough to see the end result.

      Cons

      The company had a great start and somewhere in between 2010 to now the structure of the business isn't all the way thought out. So now it is rebuilding the culture of the company and rebuilding the enthusiasm to take Avmax back to success.

      This company has Poor work culture, unfriendly people, unwillingness to help a person in need. The company has an Agenda to rid the place of all Black Employees. Abyssal paperwork, unprofessional work environment. Management is a joke. High turnover rate DO NOT TRAVEL TO MONTANA TO JOIN AVMAX, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else this company is a Joke!
