      Good starter company for those starting out in the industry. Overtime is available. Veteran friendly.

      Cons

      Lack of adequate training for new hires (uncertified) Ratio between A&P qualified employees and uncertified employees is very low No music allowed while working. Only during breaks .

      This company has Poor work culture, unfriendly people, unwillingness to help a person in need. The company has an Agenda to rid the place of all Black Employees. Abyssal paperwork, unprofessional work environment. Management is a joke. High turnover rate DO NOT TRAVEL TO MONTANA TO JOIN AVMAX, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else this company is a Joke!
