The executive in charge pushes religion like ice cream as cover for his real nature, the pay represents below standard of living, the company aircraft specific tools are a nonexistent joke. You can expect to be frustrated, demoralized, and not to want to go to work if you join this dysfunctional company.

This company has Poor work culture, unfriendly people, unwillingness to help a person in need. The company has an Agenda to rid the place of all Black Employees. Abyssal paperwork, unprofessional work environment. Management is a joke. High turnover rate DO NOT TRAVEL TO MONTANA TO JOIN AVMAX, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else this company is a Joke!
