Yea this place sucks. No hours, no overtime, no competitive pay whatsoever unless you are a contractor. Abysmal paperwork management and resource management. They took breaks away, they changed the work schedule. They sent us home when there was no work for about 3 weeks. Can't not make any money and be treated like dirt. They also hire people that made me almost physically ill due to their criminal past, yet I was scolded for making it known I was uncomfortable to be around them. The safety department will totally just make an example out of you in a super embarrassing fashion as well without even notifying you.
