Pros
-Work is simple and repetitive (Which, if that's you're thing, this is perfect. If not, then consider working elsewhere)
-Hours are manageable
-When there is work, the numbers they expect can typically be met. If not, they're pretty understanding of the circumstances when explained
-Pay is pretty decent, but could be higher
Cons
-Training can be pretty unclear, They often pair you with someone, and sometimes this person doesn't always know what the right or wrong answer is.
-Hours of no work. (We come in, and there will be no work for hours, typically caused by some sort of hold up earlier in the line.)
-equipment. Either it doesn't work (typically because people don't put it in for maint.), dirty, sparse, etc. They bring in more people, but not more equipment.
-Some employees not sharing or hoarding equipment when it is already scarce.
-Not following certain codes like dress code.
-System issues come up at the worst times
-No space
