Pros
The other staff members and small travel breaks. The company allows freedom to grow and learn as well as working with some great minds.
Cons
The leadership (owner) is very very cold, controlling and ocd. Allowing you to take projects on yourself without any instruction leads to coming up with an answer/solution he didn't allow you to mind-read.
