Pros
Great pay, fun people to work with, except upper management-pretty hard to work with. The Quality Manager, Nancy is awesome and is very helpful when I needed help. Pretty laid back, good benefits, and they acknowledge their employees every month with a gift card or some kind of small gift. This is very nice but, I would rather skip the gift and have upper management show respect and humility.
Cons
It wasn't for me but if you have any allergies, probably not the best place to work. A lot of dust! Profanity is used a lot and terrible rap music at night. Not really something I would expect from the owner, who is deep into their faith.
