I can't say enough good things about working at Awana. The staff are incredibly friendly, relational, and delightful to work with. The leadership team has a compelling vision for the future of the organization and commitment to the mission of child discipleship. The reach of the organization has grown exponentially in recent years and has no sign of slowing down. God is at work in and through Awana. I cannot think of any cons to working at Awana. The culture is highly positive and the team is remarkable!
