      Unreliable support from México headquarters. No proffesional projection. Poor leadership of LA management . Short vision of upper LA management. Despite demand planning, long delays on product supply

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
