      Pros

      Lots of great people that will help you as long as you show that you are a hard worker. Management will listen to the employees about process needs and recommendations.

      Cons

      Will give more and more responsibilities without compensation. Resent turn over causes some confusion.

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
