      Spent a lot of money upgrading our offices during acquistion...

      Cons

      Everything moves at such a fast pace that many people who can aid in a process are left out. Many decisions by management feel made in haste without thinking through all the steps. Those outside of corporate office may feel it's just a job, not a family.

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
