Pros
Left over positive legacy from its earlier association with DuPont is the only good thing about this company. Compensation is above industry average but may not last long.
Cons
Poor work culture and too much petty politics. Low standards of ethics and values. People management leaves a lot to be desired. Not a company to work for the long term. Avoid it if you can.
