Pros
-work life balance -a lot of opportunities to learn and work on the latest tools and technologies -a safe place, if you want to work and grow at a steady rate without much stress and competition -friendly env., you will get to work with some really good, knowledgeable and experienced people in the organization.
Cons
-no trainings from the org. even if its a new project, you will have to invest in if you are really interested in learning, without expecting much help from the team -average yearly hike rates for all, no yearly promotions -flat hierarchy so extremely slow growth -no discussions on goals/review/employee feedback etc., ratings are posted by the manager solely based on his perception without any discussion with the teammate for freshers its really difficult to stay, as the org. has a really slow growth and hike rate, there are no yearly promotions/role upscaling which are extremely important in a beginner's career to justify his hard work in this corporate sector. But yes, for someone experienced (>5years)who's willing to just settle in his/her career with a constant/regular pay, in a relaxed work env. it is a good place
