      Pros

      Use to love working here- leadership turned over and it over night it became the worse place to work. Leadership within HR is horrible and dehumanized.

      Leadership views employees purely as head count nothing more.

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
