      Pros

      Decent pay, easy job, plenty of overtime if you want it. Flexibility when need arises

      Cons

      No upward mobility for most roles. Management doesn't focus on the actual things that need done. Too much focus on corporate stat tracking etc. Roles get dissolved constantly

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
