      - Coworkers who gossip and bully others - No HR on site - very little training - The Facility is full of outdated equipment - Little to no appreciation for new ideas - No short of challenge or satisfaction in the actual work

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
