Pros

Dedicated nucleus of highly skilled production folks. Experienced management is well able to compete with other players in the business in terms of strategy and priorities. Innovative engineering group. All are working well with customers to develop business solutions.

Cons

Heavily reliant on a temporary workforce model to meet ramp up requirements which requires continual training. Cost management, while effective, puts negative pressure on employee benefits and compensation.

Can be very accommodating for time off if and when needed. Decent benefits as well.

Cons

Multiple stacks of management. Huge politics involved throughout higher management, especially in Manufacturing. No real track of progression or a place to grow within the company. Management does not reward hard work and beats around the bush once comes time to Salary Planning.
