Pros

Great place to get experience working on the some of the latest capital equipment technology. Great working environment every one is friendly and helpful. Does it best to keep its people there when busness is slow.

Cons

Gets hit hard by the cyclical nature of the Semiconductor industry, when its slow expect to burn vacation time and take a week or too off unpaid.

Pros

Can be very accommodating for time off if and when needed. Decent benefits as well.

Cons

Multiple stacks of management. Huge politics involved throughout higher management, especially in Manufacturing. No real track of progression or a place to grow within the company. Management does not reward hard work and beats around the bush once comes time to Salary Planning.
