Work is stimulating and you can learn a lot. A lot of the Lead engineers are helpful and great to work with.

Cons

Little upward mobility for career growth. Raises were nearly impossible to get. Upper management was difficult to work with. Getting off of second shift is difficult as well.

Can be very accommodating for time off if and when needed. Decent benefits as well.

Cons

Multiple stacks of management. Huge politics involved throughout higher management, especially in Manufacturing. No real track of progression or a place to grow within the company. Management does not reward hard work and beats around the bush once comes time to Salary Planning.
