Pros

Made some great friends. A lot of hard workers reside here.

Cons

Would be nice if the company could be profitable. Too much tribal knowledge; it takes years to learn how to navigate the various levels of Glovia (archaic logistics/inventory/engineering software utility). Very hands off upper management. Worked for the company for 7 years and only ever saw the CEO twice never once talked to her. Probably why she only has a 10% approval rating. Good pay to start but don't expect a raise or even a cost of living increase. My highest grossing year was my first not even adjusting for inflation.

Can be very accommodating for time off if and when needed. Decent benefits as well.

Cons

Multiple stacks of management. Huge politics involved throughout higher management, especially in Manufacturing. No real track of progression or a place to grow within the company. Management does not reward hard work and beats around the bush once comes time to Salary Planning.
