Very poorly lead company - Anonymous employee Axcient Employee Review

There are mass resignations under way. The company seems to be very confused on what direction they want to go in. The CEO is not very visible. The President appears to be running the company. Sales has completely tanked under the new CRO who is very arrogant and demeaning to his team. It is as bad as you can get in just about everything. Almost all of the people leaving are getting raises at their next company.
