Pros

The culture of a company starts from the top and works through an organization. Managment practices what they preach. They encourage and promote respect within and outside of the organization. Its no surprise that so many people have worked here 10+ years!

Cons

Health insurance cost for families seem to be disproportionally higher than for singles or couples. With that said if you fall into the singles or a couple criteria (without children) its absolutely amazing! Even for families it pretty competitive.

We appreciate the time you took to write this review. It is good to hear that you have had a positive experience with Axiom Bank. Regarding the Health Insurance cost, the Bank participates in the Florida Bankers Health Consortium, and works diligently to keep the individual employee’s premium low, while ensuring that the family premiums are as low as possible and competitive across similar sized companies.

Pros

Axiom is a non-traditional community bank where the workday is fast-passed and efforts are meaningful.

Cons

Management and employees have to actively manage work/life balance.

Pros

Do not work here if you have any other options.

Cons

HR asks employees to come on here and write 5 star reviews to offset the real reviews and bring the average score above 3. Multiple people from different departments have quit without any other job lined up. This place will have you questioning if being homeless is actually worse than having to work here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all reviews seriously, even when we disagree with the characterization presented. We want to be clear that at no time are employees asked or required to post 5-star reviews. We do periodically encourage team members to share honest feedback about their experiences—both positive and constructive—particularly as our organization has undergone significant leadership and operational changes over the past few years. Our goal is to ensure that feedback reflects the current environment, not solely past experiences. We recognize that change can be challenging, and it is not uncommon for organizations in transition to receive a wide range of feedback. However, we strongly disagree with the assertion that we attempt to manipulate our ratings or misrepresent employee sentiment. Maintaining integrity in how we gather and respond to feedback is very important to us. Employee retention and engagement are areas we continuously monitor. While turnover can occur for many reasons, we remain committed to improving the employee experience and fostering a positive, supportive workplace. We encourage anyone with concerns to reach out directly to HR so we can better understand their perspective and work toward meaningful improvements.
