Pros

I wish I could say I felt like there were any pros but unfortunately I have nothing to put here.

Cons

Toxic Culture: Rampant favoritism—if you know the right people, you’ll advance, regardless of merit. If not, even being the best won’t matter. Racism & Sexism: The company operates as an insider driven environment. Men are promoted faster and taken more seriously, while others are overlooked. Terrible Pay: Compensation is below industry standards, especially considering the workload. No Recognition: Hard work goes unnoticed until you’re completely burnt out. Lack of Leadership Accountability: Management plays favorites and ignores real concerns. Advice to Management: Address systemic issues, promote based on merit, and create an inclusive and fair workplace.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very concerned to read these comments, as they do not reflect the environment we are committed to building. We take allegations regarding favoritism, inequity, and inclusion extremely seriously. Our goal is to foster a workplace where decisions around hiring, development, and promotion are based on merit, performance, and business needs—not personal relationships or background. We also have policies and training in place to promote fairness, inclusion, and respect across the organization. That said, we recognize that policies alone are not enough if the lived experience of employees does not align. Feedback like yours is important and helps inform where we need to continue improving. Over the past several years, we have been actively working to strengthen leadership accountability, enhance compensation practices, and improve recognition programs to ensure employees feel valued and supported. We do not tolerate discrimination or bias of any kind, and we encourage anyone who has experienced or witnessed behavior inconsistent with our values to report it through our available channels so it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. We appreciate your candid feedback and remain committed to building a more transparent, equitable, and positive workplace for all employees.

Pros

Do not work here if you have any other options.

Cons

HR asks employees to come on here and write 5 star reviews to offset the real reviews and bring the average score above 3. Multiple people from different departments have quit without any other job lined up. This place will have you questioning if being homeless is actually worse than having to work here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all reviews seriously, even when we disagree with the characterization presented. We want to be clear that at no time are employees asked or required to post 5-star reviews. We do periodically encourage team members to share honest feedback about their experiences—both positive and constructive—particularly as our organization has undergone significant leadership and operational changes over the past few years. Our goal is to ensure that feedback reflects the current environment, not solely past experiences. We recognize that change can be challenging, and it is not uncommon for organizations in transition to receive a wide range of feedback. However, we strongly disagree with the assertion that we attempt to manipulate our ratings or misrepresent employee sentiment. Maintaining integrity in how we gather and respond to feedback is very important to us. Employee retention and engagement are areas we continuously monitor. While turnover can occur for many reasons, we remain committed to improving the employee experience and fostering a positive, supportive workplace. We encourage anyone with concerns to reach out directly to HR so we can better understand their perspective and work toward meaningful improvements.
