The pay isn't competitive, upper management has no diversity, there are incompetent managers that poorly train on the job, making it to be a sink or swim type of situation. There is no longevity and it's very competitive to outperform other branches. The clients, for the most part, bottom of the barrel organizations that don't care about employees. They only care about producing and Axiom makes sure that they produce for clients, even if it's for roles they know aren't in the employees best interest.
