      Bagel Fridays, Hawaiian Shirt Fridays, Company outings, treat you well, and it is a friendly and helpful work environment

      Cons

      There is a lot of young employees, and not a lot of things being done to move up. Sweetish based company and travel is almost required

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
